The remarkable thing about our district is its great diversity. We are truly a snapshot of America. Here in the southwest corner of Baltimore County, there is a vibrant mix of people coming from all walks of life and every ethnic background. We have people that are extremely wealthy, the working class poor, and everything in between. We have many different religious communities and a wide range of political views. The one thing that ties us all together is that we all have a vested interest in and contribute to the success of our community. We need to find ways to come together, finding ways to make our district stronger, instead of building walls that divide. As your council woman, I will do all I can to represent all of our community and to build bridges we can all cross.
